Operator and scope
Project2Pro is operated by Nikki Holloway, an individual based in Arkansas, United States (“Project2Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers the website, early-access inquiries, marketplace, accounts, communications, and subscriptions. Legal and privacy contact: nikki@project2proco.com. Information we handle
We process information you provide, including names, email addresses, account preferences, business and professional profiles, trades, service areas, project descriptions, schedules, photos, proposals, Hire Help opportunities and responses, messages and attachments, reviews, reports, and support requests. Inquiry forms may collect contact details, participation interests, and service areas. Authentication services process credentials, confirmation and recovery requests, and security events. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request records, cookies or similar technologies, and diagnostic logs.
Payments
Stripe hosts Checkout and the Billing Portal and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Project2Pro receives customer and subscription identifiers, plan, invoice and payment status, billing periods, and membership-entitlement information. Project2Pro does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to secure accounts; operate projects, proposals, profiles, Hire Help, messaging, and reviews; manage subscriptions and paid access; deliver requested account and service notices; answer inquiries; investigate reports; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain financial, security, and operational records; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Marketplace visibility
Project summaries, profiles, proposals, and reviews are shown according to the feature, applicable review, and access rules. Exact home addresses are omitted from public project listings. Share site-visit details privately when needed. Private messages and attachments are intended for their participants and authorized support or safety personnel. Recipients can retain information you share with them; share only what is needed. Private conversations are not published as marketplace listings.
Providers and disclosures
We use Supabase for authentication, database and private-file storage; Cloudflare for hosting and security; Stripe for subscriptions; Meta Pixel for optional, consent-based website analytics and advertising measurement; and Resend and our business email providers for email. If you allow analytics, Meta receives browser and page/event information. We do not send early-access form details or customer contact details to Meta. Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled. You can change your choice using Privacy choices. Providers process information needed for their services. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate abuse, protect people or rights, or support a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our providers.
Email and browser storage
Account confirmation and recovery messages use our authentication email service. Automated messages may come from noreply@auth.project2proco.com, a sending-only address; use support@project2proco.com for help. Manage available notification preferences in account settings. Browser storage and session technologies keep you signed in, protect access, and remember preferences. Restricting them can prevent features from working. The optional Meta Pixel is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics.
Early-access requests
Early-access requests are separate from marketplace accounts and do not start a subscription or reserve a Founding 30 position. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against automated submissions and Resend for requested verification email. Optional promotional email requires the separate consent box; withdrawing that consent stops promotional messages. Early-access details are retained until 12 months after public launch or your last meaningful interaction, whichever is later. Meaningful interaction means your reply, request, or explicit response, not automated opens, scans, or delivery receipts. We verify privacy requests through control of the registered email or proportionate identity checks, record their handling in a restricted audit log, and delete or irreversibly anonymize eligible registration and associated rate-limit records. Automatic production deletion is not enabled. Backup copies and provider logs may persist for their retention periods; applicable deletion and consent-withdrawal records must be reapplied after restoration. Cloudflare may use its bot-management cookie and process request information to protect the form.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain information as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription history, resolve reports and disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and keep financial, security, and administrative records. Retention depends on the information and these purposes. Request access, correction, deletion, or account deactivation through Settings & Support or nikki@project2proco.com. We may verify identity and retain records needed for legal, financial, safety, or security purposes. Deactivation does not automatically delete all records. We respond according to applicable law; rights may depend on where you live.
Children and security
Project2Pro is intended for adults aged 18 or older, not children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can address it. We use authentication, access controls, private storage, and other safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials private and promptly report suspected account misuse.
